BTF Fusion chassis

2002 4.3L Vortec port injected V-6 using the a/c for OBA.

4L60E transmission out of an 02' S-10, 2025 rpm stall.

Atlas 3.8, 32 spline transfer case.

2-steering Dana 60 axles, narrowed to 63'', WMS shaved and outfitted with Dedenbear knuckles, 35 spline chromoly shafts, 15" disc brakes, ARBs and 5.13 gears... protected by beefy custom WMS diff covers.
Both axles will be steered by PSC double ended rams...the rear with a self-centering joystick.

The suspension of the 111'' wheelbased rig is conventional 4 linked front and rear utilizing 7/8''
QA-1 heims for link ends and suspended by SwayAway 16"
triple rate coil-overs with remote reservoirs. The shocks have a range from 24.5"-40.5".

Wheels are ATOR 17'' aluminum beadlocks.
Tires 42x14x17 Iroks.

The body is comprised of a TJ hood and grille, a custom BTF fiberglass cowl and various aluminum sheet metal. The aluminum floorboard has clear lexan viewing port holes.

Estimated dry weight 3500 lbs.
